- Introductory Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) define the terms and conditions of using the online store operated by FK Art & Design / Fülöpné Ferencz Krisztina EV (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) at [website URL] (hereinafter referred to as the “Webshop”) and the conditions for purchases made through the Webshop.

2.1. The Webshop offers hand-painted artworks created by the Service Provider. Each piece is unique and classified as a work of art.
2.2. Detailed descriptions and images of the products are available on the product pages. Minor color variations may occur due to monitor settings.
- Purchase Conditions
3.1. Purchasing in the Webshop requires registration.
3.2. Steps to complete a purchase:
- Selecting the product(s) and adding them to the cart.
- Providing shipping and billing details.
- Choosing a payment method.
- Finalizing and submitting the order.
3.3. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms of this GTC.
- Prices and Payment Conditions
4.1. Prices displayed next to the products are in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and include VAT, where applicable.
4.2. For international orders, the Webshop may automatically convert prices to the relevant currency if this feature is available.

5.1. The Service Provider ships products both within Hungary and internationally.
5.2. Estimated delivery times:
- Hungary: 3-5 business days
- International shipping: 7-14 business days
5.3. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be displayed during the ordering process.
5.4. Products are shipped via courier service.
- Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without justification.
6.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made paintings created based on the customer’s order.
6.3. The withdrawal request must be submitted in writing to the Service Provider via email at krisztinaferenczartdesign@gmail.com.
6.4. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned in an undamaged condition, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Warranty and Guarantee
7.1. The Service Provider guarantees that the products conform to their descriptions.
7.2. In case of defective performance, the customer has the right to request repair or replacement if possible.
7.3. To enforce a warranty claim, the customer must present the purchase invoice.
- Complaint Handling

8.2. The Service Provider will investigate and respond to complaints within 30 days.
