All paintings offered in our store are unique, handcrafted artworks. Therefore, the following policies apply:

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the product arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the case and, if warranted, provide a replacement or compensation.

General return and refund policies do not apply to custom artworks.
